There are 3 (three) shipping options. South African International Postal Services , South African Domestic Postal Services and Customer Pick-up. Customer Pick-up does not involve any shipping costs.
Shipping costs are currently based on South Arfican Postal Services rates and includes shipping destinations within South Africa and around the world.
Shipping costs will be calculated once you proceed to the check-out section and select the appropiate shipping method.
South African International Postal Services delivery times are between 3 and 9 weeks, depending on the option that you select.
South African Domestic Postal Services delivery times are usually 5 - 7 working days. This excludes processing time and the days that the order and or payment was confirmed by The Brew Shop.
Your package will only ship once payment has been confirmed. This can be done by sending your proof of payment to our email address (TheBrewMaster@icon.co.za), fax number (0866 843 701) or via SMS to 082 851-0325.
Due to unforeseen circumstances some orders might take longer than usual. This depends on the availability of stock. Note that all Coopers products is imported from Australia.

Note that once a package have been sent The Brew Shop takes no futher responsibility and it is up to the customer to ensure that he receives/collects his parcel. Returns
If you feel that you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased, you may return within 7 calender days of receiving the product, in a un-opened and un-used state and in it's original packaging. The Brew Shop will at it's own discretion either exchange the product or refund it (excluding the shipping costs). The Brew Shop will not be liable for any costs incurred during this process.
