Dark brown, unhopped extract with a high concentration, produced from Weyermann® Vienna Malt (65%), Weyermann Melanoidin Malt (25%) and Weyermann® CARAMUNICH® Type 2 (10%).
It is produced by a decoction mashing process Weyermann® Munich Oktoberbeer Extract produces the authentic Munich "Oktober Beer" - like in the famous Beer Metropolis Munich.
