An extract of red seaweed specifically formulated to coagulate unstable proteins in brewery worts. It will dissolve in water at 70°C or higher. This may result in strong gel formation on cooling. Dosage: 2.0g - 5g / 25 litres. Optimal 2.5g. Add to 500ml boiled water and stir untill thick. Add mixture during last 5 to 10 mins of boil. Refrigerator to keep fresh.
